We collect information to provide our core services: AI content generation, post scheduling, and feed summarization.

A. Information You Provide via LinkedIn

We do not create separate accounts (e.g., email/password). You log in using your LinkedIn account via OAuth2. When you authenticate, we collect and store:

• Account Identifiers: LinkedIn Profile ID, name, and avatar.
• Authentication Tokens: Encrypted access tokens and refresh tokens (stored locally on your device and synced to our secure backend).
• Profile Data: Public profile information, headline, and bio.
• Content History: Previous posts (up to the last 20) and engagement metrics, used to build your AI Persona.
• Network Data: Limited connection information to help tailor content relevance.

B. User-Generated Content & AI Inputs

• Prompts & Inputs: Text you enter into the AI generator.
• Drafts & Posts: Content created, edited, or scheduled within the App.
• Images: Photos you upload from your gallery or capture via the camera.

C. Automatically Collected Data

• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and language.
• App Usage Data: Interaction data collected via Firebase Analytics and Amplitude.
• Crash Reports: Logs collected by Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Provision: To generate AI posts, schedule content, and sync data across devices.
• AI Personalization: To create a unique writing persona based on your history and profile.
• Feed Summarization: To categorize and summarize your LinkedIn feed.
• Notifications: To send reminders, post status updates, and account alerts.
• App Improvement: To analyze trends, improve features, and fix bugs.

3. App Permissions

You may revoke permissions at any time in your device settings, though some features may not function properly.

• Camera: Capture photos within the post editor.
• Photo Library: Select images for LinkedIn posts.
• Notifications: Alerts for scheduled posts and reminders.

Note: We do not track your activity across other apps or websites for advertising purposes (no IDFA or GAID tracking).

4. AI Processing & Third Parties

A. How AI Works

When you generate content or images, your prompt and relevant persona data are securely sent to our backend. We may use trusted third-party AI providers to process the request and return the generated output to the App.

B. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data only with trusted services required to operate the App. We do not sell your data.

• Local Storage: Encrypted DataStore and Room database for offline access.

B. Security Measures

• Encryption in Transit: TLS/SSL (HTTPS) for all data transfers.
• Access Control: Backend access restricted using JWT authentication.
• Token Safety: LinkedIn tokens encrypted and stored securely on your device.

6. Data Retention & Deletion (GDPR Compliance)

We retain your data only while your account remains active.

A. Deleting Your Account

• How to Delete: Settings > Delete Account within the App.
• What Happens: Account removal, deletion of all drafts, posts, analytics, tokens, and local session data.
• Irreversibility: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

7. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
